Cancellation Policy
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to re-schedule a reservation. Cancellation fees are as follows: 20% cancellation fee 30 days or more prior to departure. 50% cancellation fee if within 30 days prior to departure. 100% cancellation fee within 14 days prior to departure.

Wow where do I even start with this hostel. It is by far my favourite hostel in all of Australia. The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the esplanade and mall. The rooms are so spacious, so clean, and they even have a fridge in the room. Probably one of the best sleeps of my life because the mattress was so comfortable. The staff are SO friendly, even over accommodating at times to move me and a friend to the same room. The friends and the memories I made here are forever and I would come back anytime.
